MXVRR-3 (MX3)

MXVRR-3 (MX3) Variable Speed High Shear Mixer 55gal.

This is a monster of a mixer and the leader in its size class for High Shear high production mixing. It's design allows for a smooth up and down flow with great lateral stabilty.
Specifications:
  • Drive: "Variable Speed" Frequency (optional hydraulic driven as well)
  • Speed: 0-1100rpm (ask about spec's for certain materials)
  • HP: 15hp or 20hp versions
  • Capacity: aprox. 55gallon (depends on material)
  • Mount: 1/2" A-36 stable steel plate base.
  • Carriage Mount: 4 point stance, mechanical guide tubes
  • Lift: 2/ 3-1/2" high flow air rams
  • Powerband: 4-5G
  • Main Shaft: 2" 4140 Chrome Moly
  • Blade: Quad Prop 4140 (other blade styles available) *optional dual prop shown
